Review time! This one takes us to the world of wrestling. This is a wrestling move that caught my eye a couple of years ago. It re-enters my mind enough that I had to post about it. Have a look for yourself:

Where do I even begin?  I don’t know, I just don’t know. I guess we can start with their names? The guy performing the hold is Jesse Mendez. The guy who’s butthole you can see is Brock Hardy. Now these are NCAA level wrestlers. The guy stuck in the world’s most compromising position is really really really good at wrestling. And yet here he is. Literally stuck.

All that’s left for Mendez to do is to start playing Hardy’s butt like it’s a drum set. I cannot get over this. Look at Hardy’s face, looking up to the ceiling, probably contemplating life itself. This is a guy who has been on the wrestling mat hundreds of times, maybe thousands. He put his blood, sweat and tears into this sport. What could be going through his head at this moment? He knows he’s never breaking free. He knows he could win every wrestling match for the rest of his life and it wouldn’t matter. Undoubtedly, This picture is who he is.

Evidently, the move itself is called a spladle. Honestly, it’s the perfect name for it. I think if I were to have guessed what it was called, I probably would’ve guessed spladle. Either that or the butt buster. I can picture the announcer yelling SPLADLE, SPLADLE, once they realized that Hardy was indeed stuck in a spladle. Here’s another view, right before Hardy was fully spladled:

Simply incredible. So what’s the official review on this one? A+. The best wrestling move I ever saw. SPLADLE!
